How do we do this? We use the latest in 3D design technology as we design our floor plans and elevations. As a result, we have the ability to create 3D renderings from the model quickly. We also use new virtual reality software, LenzVR, to create a full scale, immersive, and realistic rendering of the home.
Using this software, we are able to get accurate feedback from our clients quickly and use the feedback to quickly update the design. Virtual Reality is really a game changer when it come to design review. No longer are our clients guessing at what their home will look like when they look at their 2D floor plans. They can see all the details in the plan, from walls and floors, all the way up to ceilings and roofs.
