We work with our clients, their builders, interior designers, structural engineers, civil engineers, and landscape designers, to prepare a design that captures their vision.
We use the latest design technologies to help with our design process and to help us ensure that we have captured our customers visions for their dream home. This technology allows us to quickly and efficiently create high quality 3D renderings, and Virtual Reality walkthroughs (using LenzVR). Our customers are able to visualize their designs now in ways that were previously not possible, this helps our customers to fully understand their design prior to construction.

Remodel/Addition Design
Sometimes you don’t want to move, and just want to update your existing home, make it larger, or finish your basement. At BDC Design we can work with you to determine what is possible, and prepare a set of plans for your builder and building permits. We will work closely with structural engineers to make sure any changes are possible.
Outbuilding Design
What is an outbuilding? It’s any building that is not your main home. It could be a garage, an apartment, a pool house, a shed, or an outdoor kitchen. As with all our designs we make sure to work with your city to ensure that the structure is legal and is compliant with all codes and requirements.
3D Modeling and Rendering
If you already have a design, we can create a full 3D model of your design and create high quality 3D renderings and VR walk‐through.
